Business Center

The Business Center is open twenty-four hours per day. This amenity is complementary. Inside the business center, homeowners will find four computer terminals, two laser printers, a copier/fax machine, laptop connections, and free Wi-Fi. Materials for FedEx and UPS are available for the homeowners’ convenience. When shipping, packages may be left with the Embassy Suites Front Desk.

 

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle service to and from the airport is available for use by the homeowners. The shuttle will run on the hour starting at 7:00 AM and the last shuttle of the day will be at 10:00 PM. Reservations for the shuttle are required. Homeowners may make reservations by contacting the Embassy Suites Front Desk at (716) 842-1000. A written confirmation will then be delivered to the homeowner. On the day of departure, homeowners will provide the confirmation slip to the shuttle driver. For return service to Avant, homeowners will contact the Embassy Suites Front Desk once they arrive at Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

 

Fitness Center & Pool

All areas of the Fitness Center & Pool, including the pool, gym, and locker rooms, are available to homeowners. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM and the gym is open 24 hours. Please contact the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Manager on Duty for access.

 

Valet Parking

Valet Parking is available to homeowners and their guests. Homeowners may purchase valet coupon books from the General Manager. Each coupon is good for one day (for example, a guest staying for three days would need three coupons when retrieving their car from valet). Please be considerate and provide at least 72-hours notice for parties of eight or more.

 

Restaurant & Lounge

Homeowners may charge food and beverages at the SEAR Restaurant and the City Press to an established house account and only sign the final check at the end of their visit. Please visit searbuffalo.com for additional information and to view menus.

 

Room Service

Room Service is available to homeowners between the hours of 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Click here to view the In-Suite Service Menu. To place an order, simply contact the Embassy Suites Front Desk at (716) 842-1000 and ask for room service or dial direct at (716) 319-1091. When placing an order, please specify that you are a condominium homeowner. Please be considerate of neighbors and do not leave dishes in the hall. Please contact room service and an Embassy Suites associate will return to pick up the service. Normal room service charges will apply.

 

Catering

Catering services are available to homeowners for in-home or Solarium functions. Please contact the Embassy Suites Front Desk at (716) 842-1000 and ask for Catering Sales to schedule an event.

 

Hotel Guest Rooms

Homeowners that would like to secure a room at the Embassy Suites should make reservations through the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager. Room reservations will be secured with a credit card and will be billed at the best corporate rate available for that day.

 

Billing

Homeowners will be required to execute an agreement for hotel services and provide a credit card before a house account is established. Homeowners will receive an invoice by the 5th day of each month. House account charges will be applied to the credit card on the 15th of the month.
